Instructor profile:

After working as a doctor in Japan, moved to Canada in 2005. He begins learning about diet, energy work and how to use the mind, asanas and yoga philosophy. In March 2021, he completed Sivananda Yoga Farm's online yoga teacher training. He is currently based in Japan and is disseminating his yoga teachings to all over the world.
